Abstract
Objective To comparatively analyze the clinical efficacy of paliperidone and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 53 cases of schizophrenia patients were carried out. The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. 26 cases in control group used risperidone treatment, and 27 cases in the ob-servation group used paliperidone and risperidone treatment. The PANSS score and clinical efficacy in the two groups before and after treatment for 1,2,4 weeks were compared. Results After treatmen of 1,2,4 weeks, the PANSS scores in the two groups were signifi-cantly improved than before treatment, the differences were statistically significant ( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in PANSS scores between the two groups in the first 3 weeks of treatment( P < 0. 05). After 4 weeks of treatment, the negative PANSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group( P > 0. 05). The total effective rate was 92. 59%in the observation group and 88. 46% in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant( P > 0. 05). In the observa-tion group, there were 1 case of dry mouth, drowsiness and drowsiness,1 case of tachycardia,2 cases of dizziness and constipation,total-ing 7 cases with the incidence rate of adverse reactions 25. 93%;the control group had each 3 cases in anxiety and dizziness,2 cases each in dry mouth and constipation,4 cases in tachycardia, totaling 14 cases with the incidence rate of adverse reactions 53. 85%. The incidence rates of adverse reactions in the two groups had statistically significant difference ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Paliperidone in treating schizophrenia can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms, improve the prognosis and the social function of patients with fewer adverse reactions, and its efficacy is better than risperidone.关键词
