药事管理对医院质子泵抑制剂合理用药干预效果分析
Intervention Effect Analysis of Pharmaceutical Affairs Administration on the Clinical Application of Proton Pump Inhibitors in Our Hospital

Abstract
Objective To explore the intervention effect of pharmaceutical affairs administration on the clinical application of proton pump inhibitors. Methods The utilization of proton pump inhibitors in the hospital from April 2014 to March 2016 was analyzed sta-tistically in respects of consumption amounts,DDDs,DDDc,the amount /DDDs sequence ratio,average treatment day(ATD),inpatient's usage rate,inpatient's cost per person,inpatient's cost per day and inappropriate prescriptions. Results After intervention,most statistics, including consumption amounts,DDDs,average treatment day(ATD),inpatient's usage rate,inpatient's cost per person,inpatient's cost per day and inappropriate prescriptions decreased observably;but DDC and the amount/DDDs sequence ratio remained steady. Conclusion The comprehensive intervention has marked impact on the clinical application of proton pump inhibitors,which could reduce patient's medical expense and promote the clinical rational use of proton pump inhibitors.关键词
