某院633张依替米星急诊处方用药合理性分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To provide reference for clinical rational drug use of antibiotics. Methods 633 etimicin sulfate prescriptions in emergency treatment were randomly collected from May 2016 in the HIS system,and the irrational usage was analyzed. Results The irrational prescriptions were 485 pieces (76. 62%) in the emergency department,in which 20(4. 12%) were not suitable for age, 463(95. 46%)were no indications for drug use(including lacking medical evidence),and 2(0. 41%)were incompatible for drug com-bination. Conclusion The use of etimicin sulfate in the emergency department of the hospital is not in accordance with the Guideline of Clinical Application of Antibiotics(2015 edition). The hospital management department should strengthen the training of rational use of antimicrobial agents,and the administrative department of health should further strengthen the administration of antimicrobial agents to regulate its use.关键词
