不同采收期枸杞叶片中类黄酮含量的变化规律研究
Study on Changing Regularity of Flavonoids Content from Lycium barbaruml Leaves in Different Picking Periods

Abstract
The changes of flavonoids content of Lycium barbaruml leaves in different picking periods was researched in order to find out the best picking periods of Lycium barbaruml leaves.Ultrasonic assisted extraction was used to extract total flavonoids in Lycium barbaruml leaves with different picking periods,mearsuring the absorbance at 291.5 nm,the total flavonoids in different picking periods was calculated and the changing rule of flavonoids content was obtained.The results showed that the total flavonoids content from June to July picking period was decreasing.after July,the total flavonoids content began to increase,until the end of September.f.The total flavonoids content on May 15 reached the high point which was 61.32 mg/g. Thus,the best picking period of Lycium barbaruml leaves was in May.关键词
