过山蕨组培快繁技术研究
Study on Technique System of Tissue Culture and Rapid Propagation of Camptosorus sibiricus Rupr
摘要
Abstract
Absrtact Using tissue culture technology to research rapid propagation technology of Camptosorus sibiricus Rupr,including the spore sac disinfection methods,spore germination medium and young sporophyte inducing matrix.The results showed that better spore sac disinfection method is 70% alcohol+0.5% NaClO combination,Suitable medium for spores germination and gametophyte growth is MS+2% sucrose+0.7% agar,pH 6.0;Suitable medium for gametophyte proliferation is MS+2%sucrose+0.7%agar+0.2 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA,pH 6.0;Suitable matrix ratio for young sporophyte induced is peat+small particles river sand(1:1).关键词
