Abstract
Ficedula zanthopygia is a summer migrant broadly distributed in northeast China , North China,East China and Central China .The re-productive situations of a nest of F.zanthopygia in Dongzhai National Nature Reserve of Henan Province were observed from middle May to early June in 2015.The first egg of the nest was laid on May 16 and the clutch size was five.Eggs were incubated by female birds with the average dura-tion of each incubation of (6.1 ±3.8) min,and the time of leaving nest was (5.5 ±2.0) min.When nestlings were about 4 days old, the feeding frequency of parent birds was 22.5 times per hour and the feeding frequency of male parent was higher than that of female parent .This re-search is the first report on the reproduction of F.zanthopygia in Central China, which can provide helpful supplements for the reproduction data of F.zanthopygia.关键词
