Research on Legal Issues about the Forest Right Mortgage Loan
摘要
Abstract
The forest right mortgage loan has opened up a new channel of financing for resource assets , which is a new business of financial insti-tutions currently.But there are many restrictions on the forest right mortgage loan about the mortgage loans policies of the relevant legal norm and specific practice.According to the legal dilemma of the forest right mortgage loan system , we discussed the forest right mortgage loan system , and proposed appropriate countermeasures combining with the actual legislation situation , aiming at prompting the steady development of forest right circulation market.关键词
