摘要

Abstract

A quantitative D-galactose sensor by using micro-nano nickel foam material was proposed. Ni foam mate⁃rial as the working electrode,Pt electrode against a saturated Ag/AgCl(saturated KCl solution)electrode as the refer⁃ence electrode constructed three-electrode detection system. Cyclic voltammetry(CV)and current-time(i-t)curve methods were used to detect a concentration gradient of D-galactose solution. CV scanning results demonstrated that oxidation-reduction procedure of D-galactose molecules occurs on the nickle foam material. I-t scanning results indi⁃cated that the proposed sensor presented the sensitivity of 6.73×10-2 mA/(cm2·mM)and detecting limit of 17.7μM (S/N=3)in linear range between 0.25 mM and 5.00 mM. The proposed sensor not only presented quantitative analy⁃sis ability for D-galactose,but also had good sensitivity and low detecting limit. Control experimental results showed that this sensor had some advantages including rapid analysis,low cost,etc. It is expected to carbohydrate rapid quantitative detection of application fields.
