摘要

Abstract

With the promotion of railway wireless sensor network technology,it is urgent tosolve the problem of the power supplying of wireless sensors.A track vibration energy harvester based on giant magnetostrictive material (GMM)is studied,the harvester is installed between the rail and the track plate,and the vibration energy of the rail is collected. A vehicle-track vertical coupling model is bulit,where the vertical displacement and the reaction of supports of the track are used as the excitation source of energy harvester. The vibration energy can be converted in⁃to electrical energy with the Villari effect of the giant magnetostrictive material. The energy harvester can collect about 237.158 4 J electricity in theory,with the computation of MATLAB. The electrical energy is sufficient for the power supplying of wireless sensors.
