摘要

Abstract

With the development of intelligent electrical equipment, analysis on equipment effectiveness helps to achieve reliability centered maintenance (RCM) and economic operation of the substation.Based on a study of the weapon system effectiveness evaluation method,the effectiveness of secondary equipment is evaluated.By using the availability,dependability, capability(ADC) effectiveness evaluation method,a quantitative model based on the three indices of secondary equipment during operation is developed.And the inherent ability index system of secondary equipment is established by extracting indicators from the board level.Thus the secondary equipment effectiveness evaluation model is built.Finally,the model is verified through an analysis of the typical secondary equipment of the smart substation(merging unit).
