摘要

Abstract

With the rapid development of the smart grid,the steady increase in smart substation data amount,and the ever-enhancing of data processing capability,effort is made to push fault diagnosing technique towards the distributed mode.The design of distributed fault diagnosing is adopted for the dispatch and substation integrated system based on the unified platform technique.A fault diagnosing expert system based on fault logic descriptive language modeling and model-driven fault reasoning is built in the substation,which will achieve coordinated interaction information sharing with the combined intelligent alarm software in the dispatch and control center through the wide area service bus.Practice shows that this system is capable of rapid and reliable handling of the demand for processing of fault alarm by the operator in the dispatching and control center.
