Dynamic characteristics analysis and test of paver screed
摘要
Abstract
To improve the vibration response and dynamic characteristics of the paver screed,a dy-namic model of the screed was established first.The differential motion equations were solved via the Euler-Lagrange theorem.The relationship between the amplitude responses of the screed box and the vibrator frequency was obtained through virtual prototyping simulation.Then,a new method for testing the beam pressure to the ground by film pressure sensor was put forward to study the relation-ship between the beam pressure and the tamper frequency.Finally,based on the modal superposition theory,a new method for testing the vibration shape of the screed was also put forward to figure out the vibration shapes of the screed under different conditions.Results show that when the vibrator fre-quency range is 30 to 40 Hz,the amplitude response of the screed box is more obvious.The beam has less pressure on asphalt mixture when the tamper frequency range is 15 to 20 Hz.Under the con-ditions of the tamper frequency 15 Hz and the vibrator frequency 40 Hz,the vibration shape of the screed is the smoothest,thus improving the smoothness and the quality of asphalt layer.关键词
