生物质快速热解制取液体燃料的技术经济分析
Techno-economic analysis of biomass fast pyrolysis to liquid fuels

Abstract
To study the energy efficiency and the economic performance of bio-oil upgrading method in supercritical ethanol,the process and its simulation model for the production of liquid fuels by bio-mass fast pyrolysis and bio-oil upgrading in supercritical ethanol were established.On the base of the simulation,the system energy conversion efficiency and the fuel production cost were calculated and compared with the catalytic hydrogenation of biomass pyrolysis and cellulose-into-ethanol processes for liquid fuels.The effects of different factors on fuel production cost were also researched by the sensitivity analysis.Results show that fuel production cost is 6 052 RMB/t(216 RMB/GJ)slightly higher than that of catalytic hydrogenation process but significantly lower than that of cellulose-into-ethanol process.The bio-oil yield during the process of pyrolysis and the ethanol price have the grea-test impact on fuel production cost,enhancing bio-oil yield and reducing the consumption of ethanol during the process of bio-oil upgrading can improve economic performance of the system.关键词
