气固流化床压差脉动信号的非线性分析与流型识别
Chaotic analysis and flow regimes identification for pressure fluctuation of gas-solid fluidized beds

Abstract
The empirical mode decomposition-recurrence analysis (EMD-RA)method was used to analyze the pressure fluctuation signal of biomass and silica sand particle flow.First,differential pressure fluctuation signal of two-component particle flow in the fluidized bed was collected.The IMFs (intrinsic mode functions)in the original signal were extracted with EMD method.The com-ponents of IMFs representing intermediate and high frequency areas of bubble and particle behaviors respectively,were used to recursive analysis.The results show that when the gas velocity is less than 0.50 m/s,the stage is changed from a fixed bed to a bubbling bed.The system behavior is affected by particle behavior with strong randomness,the variation regularity of the recursive characteristic is not obvious.When the gas velocity is 0.86 m/s,the bed is changed as a fluidized bed.The system is characterized by the strong periodicity of the bubble motion,and the recursive characteristic is ob-viously changed.The non-linear flow characteristics of two-component granular flow in the fluidized bed are further confirmed.EMD-RA method can be used as a new method to identify flow behaviors of the fluidized bed.关键词
