Analysis of Losses in Three-level Neutral Point Clamped Inverter Based on Improved Virtual Space Vector Algorithm
摘要
Abstract
The traditional virtual space vector algorithm achieves the balance of the neutral-point potential complete control over full ranges,but it increases the switching frequency of devices,and the device junction temperature is rised because of the increasing loss of the system. Based on the questions occured,an improved virtual space vector algorithm was proposed,assigned the action time of redundancy small vectors more precise,and ensured a smooth transition of output state during the switch,which not only made the fluctuation of neutral-point voltage small,but also got lower losses and higher system efficiency than the traditional virtual space vector modulation. Simulation and experimental results verify the correctness and validity of the algorithm.关键词
