7-day-old specific pathogen free (SPF) chickens were inoculated with three kinds of bivalent vaccines, which contained in-activated Newcastle disease virus (NDV) and avian influenza virus (AIV, H9 subtype, HP strain) emulsified with water/oil, oil/water and water/oil/water adjuvant, respectively.
