摘要
Abstract
In allusion to the problem of abnormal expansion of reheat steam pipeline of one 600 MW unit in trial operation caused for reason of its faulted installation,this paper uses CAESAR Ⅱ software to analyze and study heat expansion,pri-mary stress and secondary stress. Results indicate at the same time of heat expansion changes obviously,distribution of pri-mary stress and secondary stress both change accordingly within safety range. Finally,in allusion to big partial heat stress in the pipeline,it studies two adjustment methods for stress,one is increasing wall thickness,and the other is cold spring,and obtains influence of wall thickness and cold spring respectively.关键词
