Abstract
The original design for a 660 MW ultra-supercritical swirling hedging coal-fired boiler adopted the first generation OPCC typed swirling pulverized coal burner,and there were some problems in its operation process such as high NOx emis-sion,coking in burner region,burnout of some burners,and so on,therefore,low NOx combustion transform and operation optimization were conducted. After adding a layer of DC over-fire air and conducting transform on the main burner,param-eters of burners were optimized by adjusting over-fire air rate,total air volume and secondary air baffle opening. Results in-dicate that it is appropriate to keep oxygen content at 2.8% (corresponding to the total air volume of 2 1 000 t/h),NOx e-mission at the denitration entrance decreases to 240~260 mg/m3 from 350 mg/m3 before transform,carbon content in fly ash is lower than 1.5% and boiler efficiency promotes about 0.3%. In addition,there are no problems of burnout of burners and coking in burner region,and parameters of main steam and reheat steam both reach rated values and the units run well.关键词
