肉类食品供应链安全的可拓预警分析
A Study of Extensive Warning of Supply Chain Safety of Meat Food
摘要
Abstract
In order to effectively prevent from the risk and control the safety of meat food , and to improve the present situation of meat food safety , the key elements of meat food safety warning are determined as the first grade indexes , which are the supply chain quality of raw materials , production and processing , transportation and storage , quality of sales meat food , as well as market monitoring and management .A warning index system is also derived on the basis of supply chain of food security , and the classical do-main and the joint domain of the indexes determined .The extensive pre-warning model of the supply chain safety of meat food is proposed and the goal of food security achieved , which may be helpful for proposing the risk strategy of meat food safety by using the Extenic change methods .A modified example shows the feasibility of the method .关键词
