The Influence of Nano Silver Sterile Dressings on the Effects of Treatment, the Onset Time and Aesthetic Satisfaction in Children with Ⅱ Degree Burn Wounds

Abstract
Objective:To observe the influence of nano silver sterile dressings on the effects, the onset time and aesthetic satisfaction in pediatric deep Ⅱ degree burn wounds. Methods: The data of 100 cases of children with deep Ⅱ degree burn wounds admitted in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were ana-lyzed. All the children were divided into two groups according to the different dressing when administrating. The control group was treated with silver zinc cream dressing, and the observation group was treated with silver nanoparticles dressing. The effects, the onset time and aesthetic satisfaction of two groups were compared. Re-sults:High heat and wound bacterial infection on the 7th day of observation group were lower than the control group. The difference had statistically significance ( P<0.05);And wound healing time was shorter than con-trol group, 6, 10, 18 days after the treatment of wound healing probability and aesthetic satisfaction were higher than the control group, there's significant difference statistically significance (P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of nano silver sterile dressing reduce fever and wound infection deep Ⅱdegree burn wounds, improve aesthetic satisfaction, has certain clinical application and research value.关键词
