多普勒彩色超声心动图检测在急性心肌梗死诊断中的应用研究

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application of color doppler echocardiography detection in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction.Methods:A total of 35 cases with acute myocardial infarction from our hospital were collected and randomly divided into control group and experiment group. 17 cases in the control group were detected by 12-lead electrocardiogram;18 cases in the experiment group were detected by doppler color echocardiography . Both two groups need a coronary angiography examination, after checked, the results of coronary angiography with two groups of test results were compared and analyzed.Results:After detection , the accuracy rate of the experiment group (88.9%) was higher than control group (58.8%), the difference with statistical significance (P<0.05); compared with the control group, myocardial infarction location level diagnosis accuracy and the detection rate of complications diagnosed of the experiment group were higher, the difference withstatistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion: Color doppler echocardiography in detecting of acute myocardial infarction diagnosis is more accurate thanelectrocardiogram , in diagnostic testing with elec-trocardiogram complement each other, can be more accurate to complete the diagnosis of myocardial infarc-tion, color doppler echocardiography in the detection of complications of acute myocardial infarction have good effects , is suitable for widely used in clinic.关键词
