双管喉罩与气管导管用于腹腔镜胆囊手术气道压的临床观察
The Clinical Observation of ProSeal Laryngeal Mask Airway and Endotracheal Tube Airway Pressure in Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Abstract
Objective:To compare the ProSeal laryngeal mask airway and endotracheal tube for airway pressure changes during laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods: 100 patients admitted in our hospital from June 2014 to Jun 2016 underwent laparoscopic surgery were enrolled in this study and randomly divided into two groups, the observation group applyed ProSeal laryngeal mask, the control group underwent trachea cathe-terization. Changes of airway pressure and hemodynamics in different time were compared between the two groups. Results:On T2, T4, T5 time point, SBP , DBP T1, and HR of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group and the result was significantly faster than T1, the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05); for the control group, on T2, T4, T5 time point, SBP DBP and significantly higher than the observation group, and HR were significantly higher than the observation group, with statistical differ-ence ( P<0.05);the control group in T2, T3, T5 time point Pmean and Ppeak were significantly higher than the observation group with statistical difference (P<0.05); the two groups' SpO2, P ETCO2 in T2, T3, T5 time point were in the normal range,and differences between the two groups had no significant ( P>0.05);The observation group' complication rate was 22. 0% and significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Laparoscopic gallbladder surgery in patients with application of ProSeal laryngeal mask, simple operation, the blood flow to stable and mean airway pres-sure, airway peak is more stable, less adverse reaction, safe and feasible, it is worth of clinical use.关键词
