序贯性通气治疗重症急性左心衰竭(ALHF)合并呼吸衰竭的临床疗效评价
Evaluation on Clinical Efficacy of Sequential Nature Ventilation Treating Severe Acute Left Heart Failure Combined with Respiratory Failure

Abstract
Objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of sequential nature ventilation trea-ting Severe acute left heart failure combined with respiratory failure. Methods:124 cases with severe acute left heart failure combined with respiratory failure treated in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2015 were se-lected and divided into two groups randomly, the observation group and the control group. The control group received conventional treatment, and the observation group received sequential nature ventilation. The efficacy of two groups was compared. Results: The effective rate and the total effective rate of the observation group was evidently higher than that of the control group, and the blood gas indexes was evidently better than that of the control group, P<0.05, which had statistical significance. Conclusion:Sequential nature ventilation trea-ting severe acute left heart failure combined with respiratory failure not only can effectively improve the blood gas conditions, but also can improve the clinical efficacy.关键词
