鼓膜置管联合腺样体切除术治疗分泌性中耳炎对临床疗效免疫功能及预后的影响

Abstract
Objective:To research the influence on clinical efficacy, immune function and prognosis of grommet insertion combined with adenoidectomy treating secretory otitis media. Methods:The data of 110 pa-tients with secretory otitis media treated in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 was retrospectively ana-lyzed. The patients treated with grommet insertion were selected as the observation group 1, and the patients treated with grommet insertion combined with adenoidectomy were selected as the observation group 2. And the healthy examiners were selected as the control group. The effect of two groups was compared. Results: The CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ value of the observation group 2 and the control group was better than that of the ob-servation group 1, and the total incidence rate of complications of the observation group 2 was lower than that of the observation group 1(P<0.05). Conclusion: Grommet insertion combined with adenoidectomy treating secretory otitis media has satisfying effect, which can be promoted.关键词
