Abstract
As to outward-investment countries,the selection of industries makes a huge influence on the profits and potential benefits of the investments.Based on comparative advantage,this paper builds a developing country's OFDI strategy model,and does empirical analysis by selecting evaluation standards and using regression model with Chinese OFDI data,export data,and other data related to industries ana-lyzed.The result shows that as two of key industries of Chinese OFDI in the US,secondary industry and tertiary industry can support the growth of Chinese industry comparative advantage;Chinese OFDI in the US,the US's industry comparative advantage,FDI in China,fixed assets investment in China,and the number of employees in each industry can help China increase industry comparative advantage;because of China's internal and external restrictions,Chinese OFDI to the US is still doing little contributions to Chi-nese industries'comparative advantage.关键词
