整合多维不确定投入产出关系的效率评价新方法
New efficiency evaluation method for integrated multi-dimensional uncertain relationship between inputs and outputs

Abstract
In order to restore multi-dimensional uncertain relationship between inputs and outputs about the innovation needs in the field of efficiency evaluation, theory and evaluation methods, this study describes the relationship among the elements of the general efficiency evaluation scene from the evaluation of goal orientation, evaluation elements and fac-tors associated with the uncertainty of the three dimensions. On this basis, according to the existing methods in extracting input and output indicators, describing the multidimensional efficiency emerging path, facilitating the horizontal comparison of the connotation of multiple efficiency and other aspects of the insufficience, it innovatively fuses ANP method and DEA method to construct a new method to deal with the extraction, transformation and integration needs of multi-dimensional efficiency connotation in complex scenes. The case study indicates that the theories and methods mentioned above are effective and feasible and benefit to extend the relative rights of the DEA method of comparative philosophy, realize cross level comparison of the complex input-output correlation.关键词
