基于HOC与Fisher判别法的电力电子电路故障诊断
Fault diagnosis of power electronic circuits based on high order cumulant and Fisher discriminant analysis
摘要
Abstract
The fault diagnosis of power electronic circuits with nonlinear model is difficult, an analog circuit fault diagno-sis method based on High Order Cumulant(HOC)and Fisher discriminant analysis is proposed. First it samples the response information of these points which can be measured, and its kurtosis and skewness can be extracted as fault feature vector by the analysis of high order cumulant. Then the fault pattern can be classified correctly by Fisher discriminant analysis. The example shows the method is validity.关键词
