Research on TFT-LCD module assembly scheduling problem with learning and forgetting effects
摘要
Abstract
In view of the characteristics of scale,precision,repeatability of TFT-LCD module assembly production,this paper introduced the learning and forgetting effects to the model of TFT-LCD module assembly scheduling,which objective was to minimize the maximum completed time.It adopted the new cuckoo intelligent optimization algorithm to solve the proposed mo-del,and verified the effectiveness and feasibility of cuckoo algorithm on solving the module assembly problem by the experi-ments and simulation of the algorithm.Based on the above conclusion,this paper analyzed the influence of learning and forget-ting effects on the module assembly scheduling and supported the corresponding recommendations.关键词
