摘要

Abstract

In recent years,the pollution of antibiotics in water is becoming more and more serious.As one of the typical antibiotics,sulfadiazine has attracted widespread attention of researchers.Combined with Box-Behnken design method (BBD),UV/H2 O2 degradation technology was used to study the degradation of sulfadiazine.Meanwhile,Response Surface Methodology(RSM)was applied to analyze and optimize the reaction conditions,including UV light intensity,H2 O2 dosage and sulfadiazine initial concentration during the process of degradation.The experimental results showed that under the reaction conditions of initial sulfadiazine concentration 5mg·L-1,H2O2 dosage 0.4mL and the light intensity 1400μW·cm-2,the re-moval of sulfadiazine reached 83.9%.This shows that RSM can effectively predict the photodegradation results.
