摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of evidence‐based nursing on stress inflammatory factor and prognosis of pa‐tients with cardiogenic arrest cardiopulmonary resuscitation .Methods Totally 92 patients with cardiogenic arrest cardiopulmonary resuscitation were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,46 cases in each group .The control group patients were given usual nursing ,the observation group patients were given evidence‐based nursing on the basis of usual nursing .The lev‐els of IL‐6 ,IL‐8 ,arterial oxygen saturation and systolic blood pressure ,the prognosis effect and the nursing satisfaction was com‐pared between two groups .Results Fifteen min and 30 min after resuscitation ,the IL‐6 and the IL‐8 of stress inflammatory factor in the observation group patients was obviously lower than that of control group (P<0 .05) .Fifteen min and 30 min after resuscita‐tion ,the levels of arterial oxygen saturation and systolic blood pressure in the observation group patients were evidently higher than that of control group(P<0 .05) .The good rate of prognosis in the observation group patients was distinctly higher than that of control group(P< 0 .05) .The nursing satisfaction of the observation group patients was remarkably higher than that in control group(P<0 .05) .Conclusion The evidence‐based nursing can efficiently reduce the inflammation degree of patients with cardio‐genic arrest cardiopulmonary resuscitation ,regulate the levels of arterial oxygen saturation and systolic blood pressure ,improve the prognosis effect .关键词
