Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of atorvastatin on the treatment of coronary heart disease and the effect of serum amyloid A (SAA) ,apolipoprotein A‐I (ApoA‐I) and soluble P‐selectin(sP‐Selectin) levels .Methods A total of 124 patients with coronary angiography for the diagnosis of coronary artery disease were randomly divided into observation group (n=62) and control group(n=62) .Both groups were received with PCI .The control group was given Clopidogrel Bisulfate Tablets oral treatment ,the observation group combined with atorvastatin oral treatment on the basis of the control group ,the treatment time was 6 months ,and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups .The treatment effect of two groups were compared .The levels of lipid , plaque area ,carotid intima‐media thickness (IMT) and SAA ApoA‐I ,sP‐Selectin of two groups were compared .Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96 .77% ,higher than that of the control group (83 .87% ) ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0 .05) .The levels of low‐density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL‐C) ,plaque area ,IMT ,SAA ,sP‐Selectin of observation group were lower than the control group (P< 0 .05) ,while the levels of high‐density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL‐C) ,ApoA‐I were higher than the control group(P<0 .05) .Conclusion Combined Clopidogrel Bisulfate Tablets can effectively regulate blood lipids and SAA ,ApoA‐I ,sP‐Selectin levels in patients with coronary heart disease ,reduce atherosclerosis ,improve the patient′s treatment effect .关键词
