摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the value of peripheral blood neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR) in the diagnosis of nonal‐coholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) .Methods Totally 214 patients with clinically definite diagnosis of NAFLD and without drug therapy were randomly selected as the experimental group ,and another 214 healthy subjects were randomly selected as control group .The two groups were received routine blood test and calculation of NLR ,NLR differences were compared between the two groups .Results The average NLR of peripheral blood in NAFLD patients was (1 .87 ± 0 .69) ,which was significantly higher than that in control group (1 .66 ± 0 .26) ,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05) .The area under the ROC curve was 0 .791 ,95% CI:0 .706-0 .876 ,when the off cut value was 1 .63 ,the sensitivity was 79 .6% and the specificity was 69 .0% ,which suggested that NAFLD might had liver damage .Conclusion The serum NLR of NAFLD patients is significantly higher than that of healthy people ,and NLR have a certain value in the diagnosis of NAFLD .关键词
