Abstract
Objective To investigate the sleep quality of ICU patients and analyze its influence factors. Methods With convenience sampling, 106 ICU patients were surveyed by general information questionnaire and Richards-campbell Sleep Questionnaire (RCSQ). Multivariate linear regression analysis was conducted for influence factor analysis. ResuIts The score of sleep quality of ICU patients was 47.75 ±21.69 and only 10.4% of the patients had good sleep quality. Multivariate linear regression analysis indicated that subjective feeling of night noise and sleep quality before administration were main influence factors of ICU patients’ sleep quality (P<0.05). ConcIusion The sleep quality of ICU patients is generally in a mediate and below level and subjective feeling of night noise and sleep quality before administration are main influence factors of ICU patients ’ sleep quality. Effective measures should be taken for the improvement of ICU patients ’ sleep quality.关键词
