Abstract
Objective To explore the practical teaching effect of Community Nursing for undergraduate nursing students based on demand-oriented theory. Methods Totally 197 nursing undergraduates in grade 2013 were divided into observation group ( n=98) and control group (n=99). In the practice teaching of Community Nursing, traditional teaching mode was adopted in control group and teaching model based on demand-oriented theory in observation group. The self-efficacy and self-learning ability of two groups of were evaluated. ResuIts After the teaching intervention, the average score of self-efficacy of observation group were higher than that of control group (P<0.05);the total score of learning objectives, self-discipline, cooperative learning ability and self-learning ability of observation group were higher than that of control group (P<0.05). There was significantly positive correlation between self-efficacy and self-learning ability (learning objectives, self-discipline and total score) in observation group ( P<0.01). ConcIusion The practice teaching of Community Nursing based on demand-oriented theory can improve the self-efficacy and self-learning ability of nursing students actively. It is worth to be promoted among nursing educators.关键词
