杭州2所院校本科护生护理专业承诺现状及影响因素分析
Nursing ProfessionaI Commitment in Nursing Undergraduates and Its InfIuence Factors
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the status quo of nursing professional commitment among nursing undergraduates, and to explore its influence factors. Methods A total of 606 nursing undergraduates were investigated with nursing professional commitment scale, a series of self-designed influence factor questionnaires and caring ability inventory. ResuIts The total score of professional commitment of nursing undergraduates was 80.80±15.47. The score of willingness to make effort, maintain as a membership and belief in goals and values was 28.17 ±8.10, 31.01 ±6.84, and 21.63 ±4.51 respectively. Undergraduate level, way of major selection and humanistic caring ability entered the regression the equation and explained 31.6% of all variations. ConcIusion Professional commitment in nursing undergraduates shows a medium or above level. Undergraduate level, way of major selection and humanistic caring ability are important influence factors. In addition, targeted and positive guidance should be take to improve the level of students’ professional commitment.关键词
