摘要

Abstract

Network porous cobalt oxide catalyst was synthesized via a sol⁃gel method. The porous CoO catalyst was characterized by X⁃ray diffraction ( XRD ) , field emission scanning electron microscopy ( FESEM ) , transmission electron microscopy ( TEM ) , BET and electrochemical measurements. The electrochemical performance was exhibited by the Li⁃O2 cells with porous CoO catalyst. The awful electrochemical polarization was alleviated and a flat discharge/charge plateau was showed by CoO based Li⁃O2 cells.The specific capacity of Li⁃O2 cells was raised to 7 450 mA·h/g and the cycle performance was also improved by the porous CoO catalyst.
