玉米秧苗移栽机的设计
Design of Corn Seedling Transplanter
摘要
Abstract
Based on the advantages and disadvantages of the existing models , a new kind of corn seedling transplanter is designed.It can ditch,plant seedling,cover the soil,suppress the soil.It are made of planting seedling mechanism ,con-veying mechanism ,furrow opener ,press wheel ,overbite soil mechanism ,transmission mechanism ,suspension part ,supple-mentary part and so on .Planting seedling mechanism , transmission mechanism , conveying mechanism , frame and wheel carrier are introduced in detail .Plant seedling mechanism is evolved from crank and rocker mechanism , connecting rod is regarded as planting arm;gear transmission and chain transmission are applied into the transmission mechanism ; drum and belt are applied into the conveying mechanism .The practical production proves that the efficiency of the machine is 85%,planting speed is high .It reduces the fatigue strength of planting hand and it is convenient for farmer .关键词
