摘要

Abstract

The seed of melon is widely cultivated in Xinjiang area economic one of crops , the annual average planting ar-ea up to 267000 hm2 , aiming at seed melon planting varieties increased , and farmers to seed melon harvest and continu-ous increase of technical requirements , continuously improve the early stage of the development of melon seed collecting de-seeding joint function effectively improve seed melon harvest yield and farmers'income , decrease the cost of harvest . In this paper , according to the requirement of the xinjiang region of a kind of watermelon harvest machinery and equip-ment, USES the digital design method , using Solidworks software platform in the modeling way , build a kind of water-melon collecting de-seeding combine virtual prototyping model , and its key components parameters and structure design and optimization , so as to provide important reference for similar improvement research .At the same time , in the process of product development using virtual prototype technology , can effectively optimize machine design scheme , to a certain extent , shorten product development cycle , saving development costs unnecessarily .
