Abstract
Objetc ive:To summarize conservative and surgical treatment experience of the humeral surgical neck fracture and the anal -ysis of the late curative effect .Mte hods:From January 2010 toDecember 2013, 41 cases of humeral surgical neck fracture cases were se-lected in this study ,non -surgical therapy and surgical therapy were use to treat different types of humeral surgical neck fracture .18 ca-ses were in surgical group , and 23 cases were in non-surgical group .41 cases were closed fresh fractures .Damage reason:18 cases were hurt , 6 cases were fall , 17 cases were traffic accidents .According to Neer classification:15 cases were type II , 16 cases were type III .10 cases were type IV .Results:41 cases were followed up from 4 to 23 months according to Neer scoring system to carry on the shoulder grading, 41 cases were bone healing ,and in surgical group , 10 cases were cellent and 7 cases were good and 1 cases were poor, and the excellent and good rate was 94.4%;In the non-surgical group ,12 cases were excellent ,9 cases were good and 2 cases were poor, and the excellent and good rate was 91.3%, there was no statistically significant difference (P >0.05).Conclusion:Correct judgment of surgical and non -surgical treatment indications , reasonable choice of early rehabilitation , the two treatment methods both could get high satisfaction .关键词
