Abstract
Objective:To Explore for application of primary osteoarthritis of the knee articular injection of sodium hyaluronate com -bined with the clinical efficacy of herbal fumigation .Methods:Select from January 2013 to June 2015 bilateral primary knee osteoarthritis patients admitted to our hospital , 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups , including a control group of 40 patients, on the basis of conventional rehabilitation exercises given the purely intra -articular injections of sodium hyaluronate .Observation group , 40 patients in the control group based on the treatment procedures supplemented by herbal fumigation treatment .Comparative effects of different groups of patients after treatment of knee function score and treatment efficiency and statistically analyzed .Results:By law period of treat-ment, the observation group knee function score excellent 20 cases, good in 14 cases, six cases of acceptable difference 0 cases, the fine rate was 85.00%;control group knee function score of excellent in 10 cases, good in 14 cases, 16 cases of acceptable difference 0 cases, the fine rate was 65.00%.Observation group knee function score excellent rate compared with the control group was significantly higher , P <0.05.Observation of 34 cases were cured, improved in 6 cases, unlimited 0 cases;control group cured 23 cases, improved in 17 ca-ses, 0 cases.Observation group were cured cases were markedly superior to that pain relief and function improvement better than the con -trol group, P <0.05.Conclusion:Intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with herbal fumigation in the response of pri -mary knee osteoarthritis treatment effect should be quite good , worthy of clinical application .关键词
