双柏散蜜外敷治疗早期足踝骨折肿胀的临床疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observation of curative effect of Shuang -bai-san-mi to tread the early injured swelling of foot and ankle fracture.Methods:120 patients of closed foot and ankle fracture , were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the ex-perimental group , both groups to plaster external and lift , intravenous drip of repellent , such as aescinate of sodium .Patients in the exper-imental groups was extra tread with external application with Shuang -bai-san-mi, 2 times a day, each of 4 hours, for 7 days.Re-sults:according to the guiding principles of clinical research of new TCM to swell the elimination and for evaluating the effect on the num -ber of days .After the treatment , the total effectiveness in experimental group was higher than that in the control group .Conclusion:The external application of Shuang -bai-san-mi with activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis , detumescenced and acesodyned .To tread the early injured swelling of foot and ankle fractures might be effective .关键词
