Abstract
Objective: To analysis of conductive functional rehabilitation nursing in the pediatric cerebral palsy from breaking the se -lective spinal nerve heel surgery ( FSPR) perioperative application effect .Methods:self after school for children with cerebral palsy sur-gery activities were a lot of children with cerebral palsy , pertinence, integrity, full of surgery with facilitated rehabilitation care , improve the success rate of surgery .Since from January 2011 to May 2015 by functional selective spinal nerve heel from broken ( FSPR) treatment of 88 cases of children with cerebral palsy , Numbers were randomly divided into research group and the control group , each group of 44 cases.Team did it facilitated the matching of the rehabilitation nursing education timely and accurate operation , to shorten the operation time, reduce intraoperative blood loss created the conditions , and achieved good operation effect , facilitated rehabilitation nursing educa-tion can effectively improve the rehabilitation effect of patients , to improve the relationship between nurses and patients , improve nursing satisfaction[2].Results: two groups of nursing effect, the team of the rate of good nursing care and patients satisfaction , etc,.significant difference compared with control group , there was statistical significance (P <0.05).Conclu sion:the heuristic rehabilitation nursing in children with cerebral palsy ( FSPR) perioperative application , could effectively improve the rehabilitation effect of patients and the quality of life, to improve the relationship between nurses and patients , improve the quality of hospital care have a good effect , might be worth further promotion and application in clinic .关键词
