Reflection and Practice on Informatization of Meteorological Standards Review

Abstract
Based on the information perspective and business process of meteorological standards review (MSR), this paper analyzes the current business of MSR, points out the needs and basic principles of informatization, proposes a meteorological standards review operational system based on workflow, designs key processes, roles and major functions for the system, and builds a working platform to meet the information technology business operations and process management. The work is also an exploration which integrates business and management processes with information technology, coordinates the whole process of business and management and promote data resource development and information sharing.关键词
