Abstract
This paper compares the revision of electrostatic sensitivity test standard ANSI/ESD STM5.5.1-2014 with its 2008 version, analyzes the important technical indexes of test curve, transmission line pulse waveform parameters and testing methods, and interprets the new standard of transmission line pulse.关键词
