Research Progress on Methods for Isolating the Gene of Plant Glycosyltransferase,and Its Biological Functions
摘要
Abstract
Plant glycosyltransferases widely exist in plant for glycosylation reaction,and they could modify receptor chemicals,such as sugar and proteins,by glycosylation to change their physical and chemical properties,which is of significance for the growth and development of plant secondary metabolism and hormonal homeostasis maintenance,as well as responses to biotic and abiotic stresses. Here,we reviewed the research progress on the methods and biological functions of plant glycosyltransferase,and predicted the research focus of it in the future ;aiming at providing some references for the identification and isolation of more plant glycosyltransferase genes,and assisting the further functional analysis of this gene family.关键词
