硝、铵态氮不同配比对华北落叶松幼苗生长和硝酸还原酶活性的调控效应
The regulatory effect of Larix principis-rupprechtii seedling growth and nitratase activity under dif-ferent ratios of NH+4-N and NO-3 -N
摘要
Abstract
Objective]This study investigated the regulatory effect of Larix principis-rupprechtii seedlings biomass growth and nitratase activity by different ratios of NO-3 -N and NO-3 -N treatments,and combined with the regularity of seedling nitrogen absorption,distribution and biomass allocation,the control mechanism of nitrogen forms ratio on growth of Larix principis-rupprechtii seedlings was further discussed.[Method]With three-year-old Larix princip-is-rupprechtii seedlings as materials and through the seedling pot control experiment,the difference of seedlings bio-mass,net nitrogen uptake rate,NR and soluble protein under different ratios of NO-3 -N and NO-3 -N treatments were studied.[Results]When the ratio of nitrate and ammonium nitrogen was 75∶25 or 50∶50,Larix principis-rupprechtii seedlings biomass was larger than other treatments,and nitrogen content per plant and nitrogen N absorption rate were significantly higher than other treatments at 75% NO-3 -N.Seedling root,stem and leaf nitratase activity increased with NO-3 -N ratio,but the 100% NO-3 -N source led to decreased activity of NR.Suitable NH +4 -N and NO-3 -N pro-portion or higher proportion of NO-3 -N treatments accelerated enzymatic action and synthesis and supplement of soluble protein of priority growth parts.[Conclusion]Different forms of nitrogen regulate and control the N metabolism of Larix principis-rupprechtii seedlings by changing NR activity,effect the absorption and assimilation of N (N uptake and absorption rate)by effecting the synthesis of soluble protein,effect the biomass and its distribution pattern by dis-tributing N in the seedlings which effect seedlings growth.关键词
