一种新型微量钾离子传感器的研究
A new galvanometric sensor for detection of trace potassium ion in aqueous solution
摘要
Abstract
Objective]The accurate determination of potassium is the key to clinical diagnosis and nutrition analysis,in order to solve the problem of the quantitative detection of potassium ion.[Methods]a new amperometric sensor was de-veloped by using mercapto-ethylamine to decorate the surface of screen-printed gold electrodes and binded with 4-amino two benzene and-18-crown-6. [Results]Determination of potassium-ion's content by chronoamperometry indicated that current of sensor wou;d be stable and had a linear relationship with the coefficient of determination was 0.9981 and sig-nificance test probability p value less than 0.000 1,when potassium was within the range of 1 ×10 -5 ~1 ×10 -4 M and the chronoamperometry parameters were set to 1 step(-0.3~0.6 V)and 200 s width of pulse.[Conclusion]The study on characterization of making sensor's electrodes through Cyclic Voltammetry showed that this method would be able to not only improve the reversibility and electrical conductivity of electrodes so as to improve the sensitivity but also help to make the micro potassium-ion sensor.关键词
