山西省燕麦产业现状及发展趋势
Current status and developing trend of Oat industry in Shanxi
摘要
Abstract
Objective]Shanxi is one of the origin places of naked oats and the main producing areas in China.It has a long history of planting oats and an unique traditional dietary culture.The paper aims to promote oat industry of Shanxi province to provide recommendations.[Methods]To summarize the status of the oat industry in Shanxi province and the to develop domestic and foreign industry experience.[Results]Many remarkable results has achieved in research and processing industry of oats,so,oat industry has a solid foundation in Shanxi province.However,because of rela-tively slow development in meeting the needs of different groups of consumers,we should strengthen the breeding for special varieties,standard planting,diversification and standard setting of processed products etc.to promote rapid de-velopment of oat industry in Shanxi province.[Conclusion]Oat industry as a traditional industry in Shanxi province, has a profound cultural heritage and broad prospects for development,but there is still a long way to become bigger and stronger.关键词
