壳聚糖包裹茶籽油复合膜的制备
Preparation of Chitosan-tea Seed Oil Composite Films

Abstract
The packaging films were prepared by solution cast blends,using chitosan as the main film-forming material and tea seed oil (TSO)as additives.The effect of TSO content on mechanical prop-erties,transparence,water vapor permeability (WVP),total soluble matter content (TSMC)and moisture sorption was investigated.Experimental results indicated that TSO produced great effects on the composite films.The incorporation of the TSO provoked a remarkable reduction in the water va-por permeability,with a decrease of about 1 9.7% when 1 6% TSO was added in chitosan films.The tensile strength decreased from 23.48 MPa to 18.08 MPa and the percentage of elongation at break was also reduced from 42.52% to 27.55%,as compared with the pure chitosan films.Furthermore, the TSMC and transparence was decreased as the TSO increased.The research results could provide a technical basis for the production and application of the composite films.关键词
