Abstract
In order to deal with telecom fraud, characteristics of telecom fraud were listed in this paper ifrstly. Then, the cause of telecom fraud was analyzed from aspects of personal information protection, laws and regulations. Finally, corresponding countermeasures including technique and regulation were presented.关键词
